This event is the WUCA 2026 World 24-12-6-Hr TT Championship. - It is scheduled for Nov 14-15, 2026.
It has been selected and endorsed by the World UltraCycling Association (WUCA) as their 2026 World 24-12-6-Hr TT Championship.
This event is also the 2026 end-of-the-season UltraCycling Events (UCE) Annual 24-12-6 TT Championship as well, a culmination of 4 other similar UCE TT yearly events (Bike Sebring, Calvins Challenge, National 24-HR Cycling Challenge, and GA TT Challenge)
Come to the fastest Ultracycling event in the USA, if not the world! If you want to lay down the most miles for a 6, 12, or 24 hour event, this is the best place to do it! Sebring, Fl. Yes, we are using the Sebring 3.66 Mile course where earlier this year Matthew Lefthand rode an amazing 609 miles in 24-hours on a Cruzbike recumbent bike. I’ll wager he is back at this event to try and break 600 miles on his upright bike, possibly 1000 KM!
The course is a virtually flat loop course. No stop signs, no need to stop ever. Plenty of room for you to set up a nice pit-area to hand off your rider, or for anyone self-supported to restock quickly and get back on the bike. If you have ridden this course in a previous Bike Sebring event you know how fast it is. If you haven’t you will be amazed. And don't worry - the course has enough gentle turns and different things to see that it is not boring at all. Plus the ability to pass by your pit area and crew every 3.66 mile is amazing. The energy of passing all the crews cannot be underestimated either. And - imagine that you are never farther than 1.8 miles away if you have a mechanical. Your crew can be there in just a few minutes if you need them for help.
Physical Packet Pickup will not be required: Welcome to the digital age! A physical packet pickup will be available from 4-7pm on Friday, Nov 13. However, you will be emailed a link to e-sign the waiver, then I will send you a complete digit packet and all you have to do is show up Friday (13th) from 4-7pm or Sat (14th) from 6:00-6:45am and test your timing chip and your pre-printed Bike Sticker. If you ordered any shirts, jerseys, or medallions you can get those during the Fri from 4-7pm or later or at the awards ceremony after the event.
Important Dates:
Starting Day Activities/Schedule: Start on Nov 14th - 7:00am
Finishing Activities/Schedule:
Main Venue: The hub of the event will be the Spring Lake Development District. (If you have ridden in Bike Sebring before, it is just off Hwy 98 on the original 100 mile loop near the end). Spring Lake is very excited to host our event this year. There is a nice clubhouse for registration and awards, plenty of room for parking, a large shelter for picnics and access to restrooms. The ONLY course will be the 3.66 mile loop within this residential subdivision. It has an excellent road surface, a bike lane on about 70% of it, low traffic, and a nice place for support to set up away from the houses. There are also bathrooms at the start-finish line that riders and crews will have easy access to.
Packet Pickup and on-site Registration:
At the Spring Lake Community Center: 209 Spring Lake Rd, Sebring, Fl 33876
The Events:
There will be 3 main events at 2026 Annual TT Championship (ATTC): 6-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour. All events are non-drafting Time Trial events.
Each event will have the following standard WUCA categories: gender, age-groups (8&U, 9-10, 11-12, 13-15, 16-17, 18-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, etc as needed), all bike types (even fixed gear, velo, trike, recumbent, etc), solo as well as 2 thru 8 rider teams, Para-Cycling also welcomed in their own categories. There is something for everyone! High mileage in each category will be crowned the 2026 WUCA TT Champion for their selected categories. High Overall Mileage Male and Female for 24, 12, and 6-Hr will also be crowned WUCA Overall World Champion and will receive a free custom WUCA Jersey to commemorate the event.
Can I register for more than 1 event?
No - due to WUCA guidelines a rider can only register for a single Championship event.
What kind of bikes are allowed?
WUCA allows any type of Bicycle - anything with wheels actually, even 3 and 4 wheels, even ElliptiGOs. All types of upright bikes are also allowed, including a full TT bike setup - they are in the same Upright category. A Fixie has its own category. There are not any UCI rules regarding bike types in these Ultracycling races.
The Course:
The 3.66 mile loop is a wonderfully flat, smooth 3.66 mile loop that is Duane Palmer Blvd within Spring Lake. Everyone will ride CCW on this loop. The start-finish line for the whole event is located on this loop at the “Eco Park” entrance.

Food at the event:
I am working on a pre-race buffet at the local Spring Lake Golf Course restaurant - Since it is not Valentine's evening it should be possible this year, but I will keep you in the loop and you will be asked to state your preference when you register. The more early registrations and commitments to pre-event dinner we get the more likely we can have a private event like this within Spring Lake for everyone. I will also try and have an option for an awards supper for the 12-hour riders and their crew on Saturday evening and a nice breakfast buffet for 24-hour riders and their crew on Sunday morning. All information about the meals will be emailed to everyone registered as it becomes solidified
Event protocol:
All events and riders will start and finish at the entrance to Echo Park on the north side of Duane Palmer Blvd. All riders should be ready to begin at 7am. RIders will be given a starting number based on their estimated avg speed and should line up in that order. This will prevent passing at the beginning of the event and allow good spacing between riders right from the start. A riders will be released every second or two. Don’t worry, your actual timer does not start until you cross the start-finish line.
A reminder that all events in this Time Trial Championship are non-drafting. All riders must honor the “non-drafting zone”. We have adopted the USA Triathlon (USAT) definition of this ‘zone’: as a “rectangular area seven 7 meters long (23 feet) and two 2 meters wide (6.5 feet) surrounding each bicycle”. This will provide a sufficient non-drafting area around each cyclist.
Due to staggered start times, each rider is highly encouraged to start their own timer on their GPS unit, phone, or personal stopwatch when they start, so they will know exactly when their event time has completed.
Each rider gets to acquire miles until the very end of their event time. This event is also aligning with the World Record setting standards within World UltraCycling Association (WUCA). This format allows all riders to ride until the very end of their timed event. No more of “If you can’t make it around the loop before the time expires - you are done”. Everyone will be encouraged and allowed to complete the current lap they are on until their time event expires. Your distance covered during your final partial lap will be prorated based on your final lap time.
Support crew Info:
Each rider is allowed to set up a single “support area” along the outside of Duane Palmer Blvd near Echo Park. All support must be set up on the outside of the loop since all cyclists will be riding CCW. This is to prevent riders from having to cross the road to get to their support crew.
Where to park your vehicle: (This is important for Safety)
NOTE: Do not set up near or in-between the existing houses which are mostly on the south and east sides of the loop.
The highlighted area in this map below shows acceptable locations to set-up for fixed rider support on the outside of the loop.. This is about a mile in length, so there should be plenty of room for everyone to set-up. Please limit yourself to about 35’ sections. More specifics below.
There will be a 50’ section on either side of the start-finish line that will be reserved for the Event Director and timing headquarters, and extra portable toilets - no support activities are allowed in this area.
There is no lighting or access to electricity on the 3.66 mile loop and in the start/finish area. It is strongly recommended that you bring these items:
Be sure to pull your vehicle off the road far enough so your rider can get off the road completely with their bike if they need to stop for aid. About 10’ should do.

What to do if you have a mechanical need on the course:
If you or your cyclist has a mechanical issue on the 3.66 mile loop and needs your help, you have two options:
ALWAYS drive in the opposite direction of the riders for safety!
If the mechanical can be fixed (or the bike swapped out where the rider stopped, then they just start riding again. If they must return back to their Pit area for anything, they must return back to their original stopping place before continuing on.
Support of Riders:
The support crew is permitted to hand-off food and drink to their riders while the rider is moving. If the riders need to come to a full stop, they must be off the road so they do not interfere with any other rider.
Riders, when you are riding past all the support pit areas, you must ride the left side of your lane (near the center of the road) in this designated area so there is no conflict with those slowing down for handoffs or re-entering the road from a pit-stop.
Awards and souvenirs:
A Custom 2026 ATTC/Sebring t-shirt and Medallion is included in your registration fee. It will be given out during the award ceremony and will have your results printed on the back.
Custom 2026 ATTC/Sebring Jerseys and extra t-shirts & medallions for your crew can be ordered during the online registration. Deadline to pre order of Jerseys is Oct 1, 2026, and for t-shirts and Medallions it is Nov 1, 2026. I will order a few extra to sell during the event but I usually don’t have many.
An Awards and Recognition Ceremony will be held after each event. Everyone will be recognized for their achievement and have an opportunity for a photo with their medallion and crew. Special recognition will be provided for top overall place in each category.
Awards and recognition ceremonies will be held individually for each event as soon as the results for each event can be tabulated after completion.
Note: These may change as needed - but you will be notified when you complete your event.
