Bishop's Bicycle's is excited to present the 2026 edition of the Riverside Rumble! Race #9 in the Ohio Valley Cyclocross (OVCX) series. Riverside is a true cyclocross race wrapped in one of the best spectator experiences in the OVCX series.
Come out for a day of hot CX action both on and off the course. Expect a Flanders style cyclocross experience in the heart of historic Milford, OH. Racers will navigate all the elements we love about cyclocross. Sand? Absolutely. A real runup? You betcha. Barriers? Sure thing. Off camber? You wouldn't expect anything less. Tie it all together with fast power sections, technical corners, and repeated accelerations, and you'll discover why Riverside Rumble has, in on short year, become one of this signature races in the OVCX calendar. Designed to reward fitness, bike handling and classic cyclocross skills, Riverside Rumble is a course where complete riders rise to the top.
While racing is the main focus at Riverside Rumble we also have amazing course-side culture. At Riverside we want to have fun! You can cheer for and heckle racers as they hop over the barriers from the comfort of the covered pavilion at the American Legion. Let me tell you having the American Legion on course is awesome! The American Legion will be serving hot food, hot beverages and the drinks many cyclocrossers prefer chilled. If you're feeling cold and wet on race day then step inside the American Legion to warm up and watch cyclocross from the warmth and comfort of the Legion's enclosed and heated patio with clear views of racing and panoramic views of the Little Miami River. The Little Miami River is a federally designated Wild and Scenic River!
Between races you can take a short 2 block walk into Historic Milford and experience a quintessential mid-western downtown. While you're in town stop in and check out the oldest bicycle shop in the USA, Bishop's Bicycles. Bishop's has been in continuous operation since 1890. That's 136 years! Look around and you can capture glimpses of this long and interesting history inside the shop!
